Our Facility

LifeDesigns' 5,300-square-foot facility is located at 415 Howe Avenue, Shelton, CT. With Routes 8, 34, 15 and 95 within minutes of our door, we've been helping people from Fairfield County, New Haven County, and the Naugatuck Valley with their health and fitness needs for over 25 years.

Our newly remodeled facility includes free weights, multiple resistance training machines, a large cardio area, an indoor walking track, dedicated space for stretching and flexibility, and specialized equipment for functional training and rehabilitation exercises.
